i got arround this problem with the steam client side inside the geforce sync acounts
Well, still no resolution. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled the game and so on. I can’t hear the engines, I can hear the weapons, but there’s no engine sound unless I turn my eyes to the right. It doesn’t make sense. I hope Gaijin will find a solution, or that someone will find a solution. it’s just unplayable without sound.

Check launcher sound settings, and set to what your headset has, or your sound system.
Sounds like an incorrect channel setting could be something.
Problem solved. My headset settings were changed in the game because of the update. Thanks for your time you are the best

Nvidia fixed the install in their images, so this issue is no longer occurring for me.
