GE'd a star for the mig25pd grind, did not receive it

support gaijin net does not allow me to even begin submitting a ticket for some reason. i bought 600~ eagles to top off 300 already on my account, it is clear and documented. I bought star number 4 two days ago, it went through fine and dandy, my GE was spent. I login today and my star number 4 is not there

There are more than one way to contact support, if you’re having issues submitting a ticket while you’re logged in then you can try an alternate way. i cant sign in into the site either, i press the button, it just refreshes the site

It works fine for me so it doesn’t look like it’s an issue on Gaijins end. Try clearing out your browsers cache and cookies to see if that helps. You can also try using a different browser.

Are you able to see the purchase in the “messages” in the in-game hangar? (the little envelope icon bottom right in the hangar)

no, im sorry, it doesnt scroll far enough, it’s been 2 days since the purchase. I have submitted a ticket btw, i hope this will be resolved
