GE purchase issues

Hello everyone, I am not sure this is where I should be asking for support but I dont know what else to do

I bought some GEs earlier, the transfer was made but I didnt receive the confirmation mail neither the GEs on my WT account. I was logged in to the WT store with my steam account whose email is . I have already submitted a support request

I hope someone sees it soon, thanks in advance.

UPDATE: I made the purchase with an account which has no war thunder account, is there any way of transfering the GEs to my true account?
