So again nothing with a useful gun firing faster then 200 rpm… Sure there’s a lot of cool Marders like Marder m12 but lacks the fast fire rate or atgm of the bmp2.

Not every vehicle is gonna be the same. Different vehicles me and nations have different play styles.
They do. But Germany used it so it belongs in the tree and again the bmp2 would be the most competent ifv available.
Germany used many things that are premiums. Just because they used it doesn’t mean it’s gonna be in the TT. The Sd.Kfz.234/4 is premium event despite Germany needing it desperately.
And why would a base regular bmp2 be a premium it has nothing unique to it. The 234/4 should be in the tt and that was a mistake by gajins part. The bmp2 fills a gap of German light tanks and help fill more gaps for when they start adding more rank 5 tanks

Exactly that’s why it’d be premium, it’s not unique. Unique vehicles should be TT, not premium, while Copy and paste vehicles should be Premium.

Events? Yes? Premiums? Not always. Premiums should be prototypes and copy and paste. Events should be extremely rare vehicles and prototypes. Why would you want uniques vehicles locked behind a pay wall?
What isn’t always true at all tho lol Germany needs a 8.7 lineup and that’s what the bmp2 would do (well help in making) and Theres No actually domestic option what is of a similar capability (30mm and atgm)

Not really, you don’t need a full line up for every BR. There’s plenty of vehicles around 8.7 which can make a plenty good line up. My 5.7 line for Germany uses 3.7 vehicles and many other BR vehicles.
Yea true kinda but one of the major nations lacking in a rank 5 and early rank 6 tanks shouldn’t be the case. Germany is a major nation and has used a lot of Western and eastern nations due to literally be split in 2.
East German equipment is arguably the best way to add copy and paste BECAUSE IT WAS LITERALLY USED BY THE NATION. And isn’t just unneeded sub tree additions

Doesn’t exist. They had 23 of them and they were basically all sold after reunification the newly made bundeswehr never modified them because they thought the Marder was just better
