They are specially built Israeli launchers (different to the ones used for GBU-39s), and no US F-15 has ever carried SPICE to my knowledge, not even for evaluation purposes, so the short answer is no.

Yeah but if a weapon is compatible with an air frame then it can potentially get it (gaijin is super inconsistent with this tho)
For example su-30sm never had kh-38 but it gets it because it’s compatible for integration with su-30mk

I’d like SPICE to be unique to Israel given how long we were denied FnF weaponry beforehand, a brimstone style nerfed stormbreaker can come in for the F-15E, wouldn’t have a problem with that

The real deal is how much, we can see gbu 250 one shot tanks like paper. If they come in big number like gbu 39, it would 100% break the game

EX should be the penultimate aircraft for CAS and A-A until stealth, so I’d like to see it get a bunch of cool modern weaponry

Ya. Although ik it’s seekerhead exits/ at least been shown for export, I’m unsure if it’s actually been fielded/inservice.
Since F-15I was eventually given AGM-65 it never used making it an objectively better F-15E, I don’t see why the F-15E shouldn’t get Spice bombs, since US equipment is constantly given out to other countries while the opposite nearly never happens.
