today I was logged in by another device, but I quickly changed my password. However, they still deleted my friend. I guess they have sold my account, but luckily I was able to retrieve it. However, their accomplices or the person who purchased the account have been harassing me in the game. I hope you can handle this account

yes i have submitted the support service ticket but this is my first time reporting, and I’m not sure if I did it correctly

Firstly: activate two factor authentication. Double check your other accounts so that none of those have been compromised, especially your e-mail.

Secondly: report the user using the in-game complaint system every time they write to you (one report per occurrence is enough, no need to spam reports for the same conversation) and avoid engaging in conversations that might lead to other rule breaking. Every piece of evidence is good to have as long as it is logged the correct way. Images/videos are to easily manipulated and can’t be used as evidence.

Thirdly: write to Support about the issue, if you already have, then wait for a response. No one on the Forum will sadly be able to help you.
