There was a Directx12 update recently, on certain configurations this can cause FPS drops or in-game crashes.

Please double check your in game graphic settings.
You should have no drops to 20fps on such hardware.
INB4 you got Ray Tracing enabled and in such case, no surprise you got drops:D

I did too, and found the solution on the Forums!
It’s the “terrain displacement quality” setting.
It worked fine before, but since the November update, it has been extremely bugged, causing FPS drops that go as low as 25-30 FPS when switching to gunner view, etc!
So just lower that setting 1-2 steps and you will notice how all drops disappear.
