Who could I ask regarding the legality status of my mod? Does a mod that changes the UI theme in the hangar (which does not affect gameplay performance) violate the game rules? If so, why?
To clarify: installing this mod does not require modifying any internal game files – only open .avif and DDSX files are used (the same kind that are edited when creating custom skins). Since the game already allows sound and localization mods, I would like to know whether UI modifications are also permitted.
