i have 33 people online in my squadron all with ps4 and 5. they all have the same problem. i have seen your post elsewhere and they are unhelpful at best, you just spew information like a it support technician. what makes you think i wouldn’t have already done what you have said?. your help here is wrong in this situation.

Could it be the updated/ improved graphics. I know i have the highres packs installed but i zm using xbox x and i could be guessing it could not run very well on my old xbox
You didn’t answer any of the questions, or do anything of what I requested, so your throwout of my actions elsewhere and your perceieved issues of my responses, are merely nothing to do with the price of fish.
If it’s merely the chat not connecting ‘instantly’ then it’s just taking some time… If you’re genuinely getting disconnected, and CRASHING as per the thread title, then these methods are needed to be engaged, otherwise you’re just wasting time and effort.

Same thing is happening on my Xbox. It happened randomly one day when I finished an arcade battle. I was collecting my rewards when the game crashed and sent me to the Xbox home screen, and I haven’t been able to load it without it crashing ever since. I left my Xbox alone for a few days and turned it back on but it still crashes. everything else on the Xbox works fine, what should I do?
