It’s more often a config/update error to be honest.
Whilst no ‘fixes’ are straightforward, or even available, it’s often not the game directly.

Has nothing to do with configuration or update error. It solely is the devs for not updating the game properly instead of using it for money and premium bull shit. Stop defending devs who don’t give a shit about you. Cut the nonsense. And update your game the proper way
Had the same problem as well, literal Hard restart and is also quite often

Tried playing Pradesh, got to move a bit and then suddenly -pew- pc reboot.
Checked USB drivers, devices etc. no idea what causes this but its shutting down the system badly
It happened again in Heavy Calvary update.
Just FYI, rather than bumping months old posts saying it’s happened, post what have you tried to do, and post a fresh topic, or find one more recent.
As I said earlier on in this thread, it’s more often config/corruption issues than anything.
Always clear the compiledShaders folder in the game, as well as the cache folder, especially between patches. Also always verify game files in the launcher or in the steam library.
Because of the situation, this could even be a video driver issue, or even to the point a Power Supply issue.
