Every time i shoot and my breech brakes even if its not even able to be called damaged then my shot just becomes invisible and i cant do anything pls fix this or tell me why this still isnt fixed cause that doesnt make sense

Your breach is clearly damaged before you take the 2nd shot.
2nd shot destroys it.
