You might find it that getting help for your software issues goes more smoothly if you choose to be less terse.
Not even a diviner armed with a magical crystal ball can offer you any insight based on a 3 second video that lacks hardware, software specifications or actions taken preceding the issue in the last 5 or 10 minutes.
All i know is that it started after i joined a custom match
Did this start happening after today’s update? Did it happen before? Does it keep happening?
Did you update your drivers if it worked since last update, or if you didn’t, did you try? Also, try to verify game files and if that fails
Delete Cache, patch and compiled shaders and verify game files. You can find these files by (if using steam):
If that all fails,
post your hardware info, maybe even a dx-diag output. The game also produces log files found in the first screenshot I gave you, in .game_logs .
Go in game, reproduce what happened, exit out and upload the newest file in that folder. It has a format of “.CLOG” and is named the date of your last game session.
Past that point, you’ll need to pray and hope actual staff can take over. Might be worth submitting a bugreport at that rate too.
Tried all of it and nothing worked. It happens in the middle to the end of every match.
