Gaijin, What the Actual Hell

Could you, by any chance, dear Snail, explain to me why doesn’t the Trophy APS work? Doesn’t block 9M133, doesn’t block HEAT shells, doesn’t even shoot down Spikes and Hellfires… Like, what’s the point of adding certain active protection system to your game (one that’s considered the most effective of it’s kind, especially in blocking 9M133s) if you do not even intend on making it somewhat realistically effective? It just straight up doesn’t work.

Also, why the hell did you raise the Namers in BR? They get 20% of their real armor, 60% of their mobility, only 4 extremley unreliable Spikes (one of the best ATGM IRL BTW) and any hit to the turret leaves them helpless and ammo-less. You also classified them as light tanks, thus giving them extra modules to make sure they suffer heavy damage from every hit, despite only letting them drive at 54 kph; you also introduced them as heavily armored and said that their ‘special thing’ is survivability. If so, then why give them survivability-decreaser extra modules? Why not give them their armor?

And yes, you also raised up half the Merkava series in BR. The same MBT series you yourself had introduced as one of the most well-protected tank serieses in all of history, yet you only gave them a small fraction of what their armor is in real life. And many are the other features you still owe us for said series. Every kid (well, every nerd kid at least) knows the Merkava has the best armor in the world. Merkavas were filmed in Gaza and Lebanon tanking multiple 9M133s to the hull and turret, while Leopards and Abrams tank in Ukraine were easily taken out by Lancet drones and 9M113 missiles.

That all sounds a whole lot like anti-Israel bias to me.

EXPLAIN.

It’s bugged and they’re working on fixing it. Patience is king there.
Gaijin can’t use classified armor data for War Thunder, and the current armor is not a “tiny fraction”.
