Help! Does anyone have any experience or knowledge on Gaijin support’s response time? I tried to sell an item on the Gaijin Market, but it said I needed to activate 2FA (2 factor authentication). So I put my phone number in and it emails me a code to verify. I copy and paste the code 5 times and my account ends up getting locked for “suspicious activity”. Now my account is locked and I can’t do anything, such as playing WT, using Gaijin market, WT wiki, etc.
Hi, The team far as i know just came back from the holidays not so long ago. So they should start giving replys soon. Just keep an eye on your emails they’ll reply when they can given they probably have lot’s to reply to.
this is the reason why I dont even bother to report any bug. Unprofessional and just takes them ages to answer.
Gaijin support don’t manage bug reports. This topic is about that team.
Oh fair enough I always get answer in max 1-3 days.
But that other where you report bugs, LOL I have report from almost 8 months ago not even on read. LOL
Ah that’s unfortunate, I would say try posting again but they’ll probably close it as a multiple topic. But you never know.
I just really want to get back on the grind. It’s funny how you and others responded faster than support. They really gotta speed things up.
