Gaijin Support hasn't been helpful - Crash on startup, "Error 8111000A: Freeze Detected."

As I said in the title, I’ve been having a freezing/crashing on startup problem for a long time now. I roll back my drivers and it stops for a bit, then starts up again. Gaijin support has given the same useless answer on multiple requests, asking to do a safe boot. The problem persists and they don’t respond back after that
