Gaijin Store Prices in Türkiye/Turkey Are Out of Touch With Local Income Levels

The prices in the Gaijin Store for Türkiye are honestly just too high right now.

For players here, this isn’t pocket money or a casual purchase. Buying premium time or a vehicle has turned into something you actually have to think hard about, and that’s not how in-game content should feel.

To put things into perspective, the monthly minimum wage in Türkiye is around $600. In comparison, it’s roughly $2,000+ in many EU countries and over $2,500 in the US. Despite this huge difference, store prices are now getting very close to what players in those countries pay.

What looks like a normal purchase elsewhere quickly becomes unaffordable here. A single pack or premium time can take a serious chunk out of a monthly income.

Because of this, a lot of players just won’t spend anything anymore. Not because they don’t want to support the game, but because the prices are simply out of reach for the average player in Türkiye.

Right now, the store pricing feels disconnected from economic reality. It really needs another look, because at this level it’s pushing players away instead of keeping them.
