I bought 2500 eagles yesterday through Steam and still haven’t received them in my account. Why couldn’t they have added a simple message when purchasing that any purchase through Steam will not be completed and I will simply lose money without the possibility of explanation from the snails.
Tried restarting the game?
Gaijin.net and Steam are two different accounts if you haven’t linked these, if you log-in through Steam in the game’s log-in page, you’ll be redirected to a different account which likely the 2 500 Golden Eagles sits at. Best recommendation is contacting the support team under financial issues.

if you using gajin account it will appear in there and Steam have different account if you did not link it
try login in steam and check

you also can check your email and see which account you bought it in !
