I bought 2500 eagles yesterday through Steam and still haven’t received them in my account. Why couldn’t they have added a simple message when purchasing that any purchase through Steam will not be completed and I will simply lose money without the possibility of explanation from the snails.
Tried restarting the game?
Gaijin.net and Steam are two different accounts if you haven’t linked these, if you log-in through Steam in the game’s log-in page, you’ll be redirected to a different account which likely the 2 500 Golden Eagles sits at. Best recommendation is contacting the support team under financial issues.
How exactly did you do that?

if you using gajin account it will appear in there and Steam have different account if you did not link it
try login in steam and check

Sooo. I am so fricking tired OF GAIJINS reply system just look at this. So a couple of days a go i wrote this message to support. “Hello Dear Gaijin. Recently I have bought a couple of premium pack BEEN and received 2000 golden eagles with each pack. The first 2000 GE i spent on some tank decorations and the T14 for USA While its was on sale. the second 2000 GE i didnt want to spend but i spent 599 GE on completing one of the tasks for the kv-8 event (i missed a day). So i had 1455GE left. But yesterday a thing happened. I was Queuing in for a match and somehow It purchased a extra crew slot for 200 GE. I did not want to purchase that crew slot and never wanted to. Id assume it happened when i was Queuing and that window to confirm the purchase popped out and i probably hit enter to exit the Queue and it confirmed. I repeat i did not want an extra crew slot. I wanted to ask you if you could please refund the 200 GE to my account and take away the crew slot. I wanted to buy a premium plane for germany but now i can’t because your UI somehow opened the window to buy a crew slot . Please if you can refund me. Thank you” a couple of days pass and i get a reply. " Please send us the day and time of purchase"
So i do. Today I get a reply saying " Sorry we cant refund you best regards"
I am sooo pissed. I wrote them an entire god damn essay and they reply with 7 words. 7 WORDS. This just shows how much they “care” about us war thunder players. I wrote another essay today and wil see if they reply with 1 word this time gng. Ts is ridiculous.
