As you can see in the video the AIM-9Ms with BOL countermeasures are limited to 2 loadouts, a third is forbidden or something.
delete the loadouts
restart the game and then remake the loadouts

I’ve done that, it only worked by restarting the game which is annoying that everytime I want to create a new loadout or a provisional loadout while stock grinding I have to restart the game to make work the configuration of BOL countermeasures
It shouldnt be required after every time. Just delete any loadout made before unlocking BOL and then make them all new. They should work normally
