So any theory after which rule it was decided what packs are on sale? My tip is they roled a dice.

To me it looks like its the packs that arnt that popular, or older.

I think its so funny, that for example the ztz96 is on sale but turms or leo 123 arent

I think this is the answer. If you order by top sellers, and exclude the vidar since its new, none of the top 6 are on sale. Or maybe we’re all wrong and its just a bug.
