I accidentally deleted the wrong account last Wednesday, I submitted a support ticket with Gaijin the same day and then got a response on Friday which I quickly responded to but I haven’t heard from them since and my account hasn’t been reinstated. I am wonder if this is normal for the holidays or just in general for Gaijin? If not, any recommendations on what I can do?
I don’t think they work weekends, and it’s the holiday. You’ve done all you can by contacting support.
