hello guys so i have had tis idea roaming around where a player could be given the option for G limiter on the Instructor where while manuvering the Jet once a certain G limit is set by the player could allow for an advantage for inferior aircrafts that are in the game like the MiG-23 or the Delta Wing jets and other props
And this could allow other aircraft that has a bad flight perfomance like the F-84F could benefit them in Air RB
i was always thinking of it, putting realistic g limits on aircraft (max 9-11g) so that missiles especially spaa after the missile physics nerf should have the capability to intercept them more easily. missiles are accurate, the jets themselves are not, in terms of g limits.
The MiG-29 would benefit much more from this, the MiG-23s are fine in game right now.
And it would nerf the F-16 by a lot and fairly so.
it would nerf all aircraft, but for the better as it would level the playing field a bit more. no more 14g maneuvers while at mach 1.5, so you’d have to slow down to take sharp turns. high speed means higher Gs pulled, slower speed means lower Gs pulled as it doesn’t apply the same gravity pressure as it does while flying at high speed
what i mean here is that you get the option in the setting and able to adjust on how much G you want your pilot or the instructor can pull while doing manuvers
for example you can choose what nation and what aircraft you want to set the G limit Right now i think the max G that the pilot can pull is about 14G maybe less
but the point is that we could get a slider for G limit and can be changed anytime in the settings in air battles settings and i think from props to jets would be usefull and handy to use
for example if i fly a Mirage 5F it’s a delta wing and i don’t like losing all my speed so i for example set a G limit at about 3 or 5G max and this would make the pilot black out less and at the same time keeping your jet at a consistant high speed
and this option can easily be switched On or Off as i would love to see this option impelmented and would be great if you can make a preset for it and add any aircraft to a certain preset
