I feel the opposite way; I’m disappointed that Germany and even Japan both got Me 210s in the same update, which immediately makes the Me 210 a copy-paste and not a very unique plane, when it already was struggling for uniqueness against the Me 410.
I think the Me 210 should’ve either remained exclusive to Hungary (the way the Swedish are the only ones with a Ju 86, and the Chinese are the only ones with many American export planes that the US doesn’t get), or Germany should’ve got the A-1 variant a few updates later. I don’t think Japan should even get an Me 210 considering it was a one-off evaluation plane they bought from the Germans just to test it out. They (and the Germans) have so much more, and better options instead. That being said, at least Germany didn’t get a Hungarian designed and built Me 210 Ca-1, or else that would’ve just been redundant copy-paste slop… I mean Germany already has so many Me 210/410s.

I forgot to say this yesterday, but I was thinking that’s probably nothing since it was shown for one nanosecond from miles away with it being covered by shadow and was just a background plane, not something they’re teasing. Also it would have to be a rank II Bf 109 at the same BRs where we already had 3 fighters confirmed, so it wouldn’t make sense to add another fighter there.

It is probably better this way, I just expected that they would get it. A lot of people started comparing the Me 210 to the M44 but it is far from it on the copypastometer.
See, that kind of reaction is what I was hoping to avoid.

Another thing. Given that the Me 210 got the 15 cm rocketlauncher tubes, do you guys that we somehow could squeeze out the devs the Lidérc rockets? Or those would have a radically different launching system?

My guess/hope:
-Rank I: Héja I and Héja II + maybe something else (WM-16B/WM-21, modified CR.32/42)
-Rank II: WM-23 + maybe Héja dive bomber
-Rank III: Me 210 Ca-1 (hopefully you can select the guns to be either the normal guns or the 40 mm gun so that we get both variants in one plane, as well as bombs and rockets as ordnance)
-Rank IV: maybe nothing, or a Bf 109 G-6/G-10
-Outside the main branch: potentially Ju 86 K-2, Ju 87 D-5, Fw 190 F-8, Ca.135
I don’t want to gloat but I’m honestly impressed with how well this guess turned out

I think it would have been nicer if the Me 210 Ca-1 and the Me 210 Ca-1 39M would have been combined into one aircraft simply called Me 210 Ca-1 where you can choose either the normal gun loadout, or the 40 mm gun loadout, as well as choose either to have bombs or the rockets, that way you get both variants in one logical package, after all the 40 mm variant was just a new weapon loadout in essence.

Idk, I doubt they would add them because I believe the acoustic proximity fuse wasn’t finished/functional, and I don’t think the Lidérc was ever used by aircraft, they instead re-used them as conventional ground-based dumb rockets.
