Fullscreen is disabled when you have IME installed in your system

Hi since the dev server dropped I’ve seen some people complain about having fullscreen disabled when they have IME installed on their system
I didn’t notice the issue cause I have my game on borderless while having IME installed

What is the reason behind this?

It works just fine on live 0 issues in my entire life while having an IME keyboard installed. Wtf is this?
