as we speak im playing North Holland map. its giving me like 30-35 fps.
i also lag when there are large amount of explosions or the map is very detailed or contains lots of vegitation. maps like compania really lag me out.
Yeah as I said. Higher tier gameplay is way more fast paced since everything is stabilised. It becomes closer in reaction time and snapshots to something like counter strike. So sadly if you want to do well you need a stable smooth game. It’s not as important at lower tiers due to those being overal slower in movement as well as target aquisition.

Speaking from experience. If 8.0 turns out to not work for you find a BR where you actually have fun and works for you. That will be a better use of your time than forcing yourself to play a BR you don’t enjoy. I have top tier for france but I rarely play anything else but 7.0 7.7 or 8.0 because that is where I jave the most fun.
Decent RAM. better save up because RAM prices are high now

I think my thread said why these tanks are awful. Along with the AMX-30 (in fact the AMX is even worse)
8.0 is a struggle for German players. I think it has the worst statistics for any nation and br in the entire game. You go from Heavy tanks with armor you can rely on to thinly armored light MBTs. It’s a steep learning curve.
Just buy this tank. (Leopard A1A1 (L/44))
It’s inexpensive and quite effective.
It has a good gun from the Leopard 2 in BR 9.3.
Thermal imaging, stabilizer, and maneuverability.
It’s better than buying Leopard 2.
I also think it will be on sale during the New Year’s sales.
I can also recommend finding a squadron.
Players in the squadron will help you understand the game faster and teach you how to play as a team.
I can recommend the technique from tree:
Rang 6 – M48A2 G A2, Kpz-70, T-72M1, TAM, Begleitpanzer 57, Leopard 1A5.
Rang 7 – Leopard 2K, Leopard 2A4, Puma, Puma VJTF.
My recommendations are based on personal experience.
Currently, I have all German vehicles unlocked, and the Leopard L/44 is one of my favorite tanks.

I don’t know which one specifically you’re referring to but they are all performing better than the Leopard 1 in Arcade.

I’m not denying that AMX-30(8.0), as vehicles, are better than the Leopard, except perhaps the premium one, but… When citing statistics, it’s important to remember that players on the French or any other minor nation in the game are generally stronger players.

Yeah i agree. first of all low tier France sucks at ground tree; so its players are naturally developed to be better because they cannot trust their armor as much as many other nations and most of their ammunition suck.
secondly, most of the France ground player community are statically made up of more experienced players. because most rookies like me start with other major nations like Germany , USSR and USA, leaving France for later when they become better.
Also AMX is actually inferior due to only having HEAT shells, with less velocity and stopped by many obstacles.
bro i play on a more potato and i can play warthunder at 8.0. just know were trhe weakspots are. And APDS is goeted, it can one shot evereything
i use almost the same stuff. but its a 200dollar school laprop and i vaporize evrey player i see in a 8.0 macht. its just leo1 has no stablizer.
