So the Story, i wanted to change a Phone number on my account that i didnt recognize figured id have to go thru support so i did. Asked them to unbind the Phone number from my Account and provided them with reasonable Proof its me so Bank statements DxDialg file First login. SO a day goes by Account gets Frozen. How do i unfreeze it? Please tell us the FIRST PC you played on, as an info i started to play 8 years ago and i cannot only remember 1 pc before that that burned down in a dustfire so its in the trash for atleast 3 years. And apparently without telling them the GPU and CPU of the first pc you played on and disregarding all other Info from bank statements to even a picture of the burned pc and a BUNCH of clips from me playing on Steam isnt enough. Telling the Support that i dont have access doesnt phase them for them its that or nothing and at this point it feels like harrasment and im at my wits end as what to do. I also Changed my Phone number on discord a few day prior and that took exactly 4 min. I am absolutely unsure as to what to do now or if ill even get my account back at this pace
I am sorry, but no one on forum can help you with your case. You need to continue to discuss it directly with support via ticket system.
PS. Please be sure to follow Support’s instruction and answer their questions. Also, be sure to do not “spam” ticket with additional answers before you get the answer from the Support - it will drop you to the bottom of the line (they answer tickets from the oldest to the most recent).
