If I’m not wrong they’re 152 mm shells with around 10 kilograms of TNT equivalent. Regardless of whatever is coming from above, we could be a little more optimistic of what is actually sending it from the skies.
I think this concept is way too much sci-fi and applying basic physics to it dropping ammunition from the sky would certainly affect the accuracy (why explains why artillery support in War Thunder is so inconsistent);
We can use a divine figure to explain why physics couldn’t be applies (since Gaijin themselves can’t actually comprehend to make some aspects in game better like grip and traction and terrain interaction with different materials such like rubber and steel).
it would be cool if it was fired by emplacements like the ones in Air RB and if you destroyed them the volume of firepower in an artillery strike would be lowered
Wouldnt it be cool if we could pick what artillery we want to use? More shells from 82mm mortars, or few shells from 152mm howitzers?
