When my friend lauches the game he cannot press the play button that launches the full game. It stays grey and the progress bar above it with update progress just stays loading. The play button stays grey and never red. How to fix?
Does he have enough storage if not idk what to do?

As above, but also, ensure windows firewall is allowing the launcher, and that his network ‘location’ is private not public.
That public/private network environment actually plays up a bit if you unplug your network a few times.
