Frequent freezing and black screen issues

My computer has been frequently freezing and going black during game matches.
There are four specific manifestations:

  1. During the game, the screen suddenly froze for 5 to 15 seconds before returning to the game.
  2. Suddenly, the screen froze, causing it to go black. It took 5 to 15 seconds or more to return to the game.
  3. Suddenly, the screen froze. After about ten seconds, the game process did not stop, but the system retreated to the computer desktop and the screen brightness was passively adjusted to the lowest. Manual adjustment was needed to return to the initial brightness.
  4. It directly freezes, reports an error and pops up an error window: “Unable to recover the 3D device. Try updating/clean installing the video driver.[8111000D]”

Among these four situations, it occasionally appears in the upper left corner: “Video driver hungtand was festarted/ Texture quality remains low”, and there is a high probability that my custom skin will disappear, that is, after the lag, my vehicle will be completely black.

At present, I have made a series of adjustments to my computer, but none of them worked. All the efforts I have made include:

  1. During the game, the graphics quality has been reduced to the lowest level and DX11 is used (DX12 will cause the game to crash directly).
  2. According to the previous official message, delete all game caches in the game directory.
  3. Update all computer drivers. After checking [8111000D] on the official website and confirming that the computer configuration meets the minimum gaming requirements, I updated the NVIDIA driver. During this period, I tried downloading various models of NVIDIA driver versions.
  4. Redo the computer system. Reinstall the Windows 10 system on your computer at the local official after-sales service.
  5. Uninstall the NVIDIA driver directly;

But no matter what efforts were made, the problem could never be solved well. I hope your technical team can provide an effective solution. Otherwise, wouldn’t my advanced account and gift package carrier be completely unusable…

Is this happening in fullscreen mode? And during the freezes it just becomes a black rectangle in the upper left corner of the screen?

If you are running any sort of overclocking i would turn that off and see if that helps.

Are you having any issues in any other games?
Have you tried running any logging program that checks temperature and power usage of the hardware while you’re playing the game?

Thank you for your suggestion, but my computer doesn’t have the problem of overclocking.
When I reinstalled the Windows 10 system on my computer at that time, as you said, I really checked the hardware such as the graphics card and cpu, and other issues. All the problems were indeed ruled out, so I was really devastated. Hha…
