French auto loading tanks (amx m4, amx 50 variants and Somua SM) have loaders that are supposed to be able to load shells into the breach when the magazine is empty yet you have to wait for the magazine rack to load instead of switching to a longer manual reload (ie like the Chi-Ri II).

It depends. They’re already overtired, do you want the risk of them potentially going even higher if the oscillators become machine guns of shooting while the autoloader is being refilled?
