Some time ago I’ve been having some fps issues, right after i boot the game i get around 60-114 fps depending on the map, but after playing some battles for some reason my fps drops to 25-15, it also happens sometimes when there are too many destroyed tanks in one place
my PC Specs:
I5 2500
16GB RAM DDR3
GT 1030 GDDR5
1TB SSD
Hello, it’s a VRAM problem (When launching the game VRAM usage is around 3.5 GB but after 2 or 3 games it goes up to around 7.5- 8 GB, and since you have an 8 GB GPU the problems start here…)
The only solution is to close the backgrounds app, or maybe drop the texture quality to medium, then relaunch the game (I also highly recommend you disable the Nvidia overlay because this thing is using half a GB of VRAM, and man it’s useless)
I actually wasnt able to reproduce it anymore without changing settings. But i think that you are right with your assumption.
Monitored VRAM usage and it was always around 6.8 - 7.3 gb. crazy
