FPS cap at 30 when using some overlay apps

I usually played with skype overlay, there was no problem at all, stable 160fps, no freezing, etc. but skype doesn’t exist anymore, and I tried with teams, at first it looked as a good option, until I tried to open the game, and I find my game was stuttering and caped at 30fps, searched for any solution and tried some but no solution really lasted, I’m searching for any suggestion beyond “quit the overlay” or “try another app” now I’m gonna detail the things that I tried and the results. Also you can try my solutions for steam overlay problems hoping any of 'em could help cause I see the gaijin response at this topic is “don’t use it -marked as solved-”. btw excuse my grammar I’m not a native english speaker

Reinstalling/updating graphics drivers: It worked, I could play just as always, 160fps with overlay an all, but only once for every reinstall, I started the game and goes well close game, start it again, and now I returned to the start, 30fps cap with stuttering

deactivating other overlays: stoped nvidia overlay and microsoft gamebar it give me like 2 or 3 extra fps at times + stuttering get worse somehow

deactivating hardware acceleration (from windows settings because teams quit lots of graphic config options on last update) and optimization for windowed games: I did it, and worked perfect, but again, only once, next time I started the game the 30fps cap returned.

deactivating g-sync: the stuttering got worse and fps went from 30 to 45fps randomly

reducing graphic configuration: nothing changes, its always capped at 30fps for some reason

Also, the overlay looks weird when the fps are caped the round corners of the overlay start flickering with a weird square black frame, when the promblem is temporally solved the border of the overlay looks normal.

Why not just use discord? I’d think teams would be the issue with this, not the game.

Hell, even use xbox social in the game bar, why are you even trying to use Skype, let alone teams?

yeah I know but, I was searching for advices anyway, and microsoft forums are just copypaste, they still advice deactivating teams hardware acceleration even when that option was removed almost a year ago

Discord is my last option right now, not because I dislike it but the PC of the person I usually talk is a dinosaur and constantly got bugs with discord specially related to video (legacy one of course) why skype? easy, it filled my needs, it didn’t eat a whole of resources and worked perfect on overlay, worked perfect on the dinosaur pc of her, was my first videocall app so maybe emotional value too, etc. but the problem is, microsoft killed it in favor of teams :b so now I’m on predicament, at a time I even considered zoom, but hate to restart a call every 45min cause of bugs detecting screen sharing as other call member.

Check the game bar… Start+G, make a party.
