welp those fixes are vanishing before they can even take shape since the whining of a certain member of this thread has led to an overall 30mm APDS nerf, also affecting the warrior

which is fine they can just drop the BR of all 3, have the warrior back at 8.0 and the falcon back down to like 7.7
I mean. It could turn out to be a nerf for all 30mms, but an overall buff for the RARDEN at the ranges that it needs. Which would be ironic and I would laugh my arse off.
Now. If APHE was nerfed as it should have been. THEN I would agree with the Fox being 8.0. But… Since it isn’t. Nope those folks that voted to keep it can suffer.

God forbid Britain develops a 30mm autocannon specifically designed to kill other light tanks yet all it takes is one nuclear meltdown of a russian player to get it nerfed because he died to a Fox.
Just replace Challenger with Britain.

We can expect the updated pen of the RARDEN rework to be less then 30x173mm rounds. So 1-3mm difference probably.
I would legit die laughing if the BTRs round was affected more than the RARDEN’s
Cmon now, we all know that wouldn’t happen. The BTR isn’t going to affected meanwhile every other 30mm will get gutted. Even China’s 30mm will be dogshit.

Not long to wait till we know more.
I bet a lot of people are at the edge of their seats (well Brit Mains) for the information about the changes.
If the BTR will be used as the standard. Then the Fox will be getting a massive buff vs any tank that isn’t Russian @500m or greater, but a nerf against Russian MBTs. So… Kinda an own goal if they fix the RARDEN for 1.5k - 2k side shots and front shots vs lights.
Because the BTR has none of the pros the fox does. Otherwise I probably would, and it’s why I don’t play the BTR after I have it spaded?
I did say the marder could increase in br as well… clearly you missed that.

Sigh. It has a better feature. Significantly higher fire rate. AND the pen doesn’t matter because it is fighting non Russian vehicles which have sub 80 side armour anyway.
Aka. Size is the only downside for it… Which is only a downside if you fight APHE.

Alright so how is that any different to taking the Warrior into higher tiers as you said?
You tell us to take shit IFV to higher tiers yet when we ask you to do all of sudden it needs to be a Fox equal?

Yeah, the BTR commonly fights USA which has pretty good side armor vs it.
Downsides:
-size
-speed
-gun bounce
-post pen APDS damage (I can already see you trying to say “well, blah blah”, yeah fox is pretty much a nuclear bomb going off aphe or not)
-easy to hit ammo rack
-less armor
-drives terribly missing even 1 wheel.
Also if you want the fox to have pen drop like the btr, then it’s post pen needs to be reduced, or all other 30mms need to be increased.

Ah yes many people are just me alone, clearly. Many people hate the fox. And to say I’m solely a Russian player is hilarious, seeing as how I almost have Rank VIII in 4-5 nations now.
Potent vehicle and Warrior don’t belong in a sentence together. The fact you believe the Warrior is usable is shocking.
There’s a reason why the Rarden has never been a problem until the Fox. Maybe…Just maybe because the Warrior and Rarden are not good. The Warrior has been in the game for 4 years, never has anyone ever complained about the Rarden but now we are finally getting vehicles that are better able to use the Rarden and its a problem all of a sudden?
Everything needs to come to a complete stop, Gaijin needs to bend over backwards because a rat car carries a garbage autocannon because why?.. because its fast.

Ironically this thread has proved otherwise, you would of had some actual long term support in your scorched earth attitude towards the fox, but clearly no one else thinks it’s that much of an issue, I haven’t seen another person criticising the fox in the last 500 posts (minimum)… now what does that say about this ‘widespread hatred’ you claim people have?
