Fouga VP 90, look down and you will miss it

Ok, THIS HAS to be the smallest guy! Surely you can’t go smaller, right? +1

i know no tank smaller than this one. at least in height, it stands at an impressive 80 cm for the chassis. it’s 50 cm shorter than the CV33 (ingame as the L3/35 CC) but of course, i do not include the armament which is a little higher.

In this picture, the chassis is about as tall as the roadwheels of the M47.

Thanks!

Fouga VP90-looking creature compared to few other tanks. The gun barrels are only 90-100cm above the ground, approximately

Fouga VP90 next to little ELC Even 90 and to the AMX 50.

I think it should be at BR 5.3. Flanking Tigers, KVs and Jumbos while also brawling with trucks and light tanks. And capping points would probably be very easy with 36 PS/t and 90 km/h max speed (thats 2 more PS/t than BT-7M!). Arcade multiplier would likely give it 60-70 PS/t and 100 km/h speed… ON TRACKS.

+1 it’s a funny little thing, built for low tier tank destroying. I want these other ones to come along with it too.

I wanted to make a suggestion on them, but there is not enough historical info for the usual standard (though Russian stuff like Black Eagle tank suggestion have lowest standard and yet got accepted for suggestion anyway).

I would have loved to help but I’d say I’d be grasping at straws, I’d even go as far as trying to mail Renault with a request to send the sekrit documents on the vehicle since I see no other way to get them for vehicles this obscure.

its more complicated than just affiliations with Renault. French archives are at Vincennes and Chatellerault, the photo of UE 57 and the copy of Galliot muzzlebrake is in British Shrivenham

I just asked Tank Encyclopedia guys to check if it’s really MG151/20 - it looked too tiny for Fouga when I looked at AMX 70.
They said it’s one of Hispano-Suizas, one being HS404.
If it’s really one it actually has not 27mm, but 38mm of penetration as already in-game (e.g. D.520 plane)
