So recently I noticed that I have been unable to post in the forum due to the forum determining that I am an inactive player. While this did happen before in the old forum, I recalled that I was able to interact with the community with months between my last play session before this pop up restricts my submissions. But now it seems like I can only be away for a couple of weeks before I get restricted. Worse, I can’t even question this to the relevant moderators (or submit this very thread!) since PMs too are hampered by this inactivity roadblock. Is this a bug? Or have the forum’s inactivity condition changed to be more strict? I can’t always be active in the game (either by time restrictions or me on my chill out time like right now) but I still like to be active in the community when able.
Its now considerably more strict, a couple weeks ago, i went away, having last played the game on thursday i couldnt so anything by the next thursday
I’d wonder if it’s been changed because of the guy who was posting with 1 battle on his account entirely…
Huh, did the guy cause a ruckus or something? Can’t imagine why else they would enforce this on everybody else to such a degree.
A fresh account with one battle played is very much a questionable account.
True, but if it’s just one guy and he’s causing a problem, I’d imagine they would just deal with that particular account instead of applying a forum-wide change, no?
Has it actually changed though, or have you just encountered it. That should be the real question we ask.
Ixtav seems to be sharing the issue, assuming it’s the same one I’ve faced. In my experience, this is the second time I’ve encountered this; the first time was on…September 3rd? The last time I played before that was the end of the Persian Tomcat event which was on the 26, so 8 days of inactivity. From then on, I was able to send a message 3 days ago on the 8th, which means I can still post after 5 days of inactivity. I posted one more message yesterday 10th, 7 days after last activity. Then I can’t post any more until I gave more activity today. So this implies that the counter is set to 1 week, when I remembered being able to interact with the forums before even when I haven’t logged back into the game for a couple months.
Something definitely changed, I was unable to post too when I hadn’t played for 7 days (limit could be less, but I noticed when I was at 7)
Earlier this year I took a break of over a month of not opening the game and could still post
1 week feels very short, I hope they change it to 2 weeks and I often can’t play for 10 day or more periods
yeah they really need to tone that down, I have other priorities (as do many other people) that are outside of this game, we shouldn’t be barred from the forum for not playing every day

There was no change since 2015
- 3 Games will “credit” you with a 7 consecutive day period where you can post.
- 15 Games will “credit” you with unlimited access for 30 days.
If there is any error, always best is to play one more battle, then re-log from forum, so it can sync data.
How are EC matches counted for this? One per match or one per booster period?
AFAIK 1EC is considered as 1 battle.
