The “grouping” works fine until you get to Semifinal then it breaks. This makes the entire event RNG based instead of skill or merit which I don’t think was the intention of leagues at all.

It put me in a group alone for 3 hours. Then it only added 1 other person for the next 5 hours preventing anyone from advancing. 8 hour session for nothing.

The next day it stuck me in a group where one guy had 19 games played already and nearly 100 actions. This is literally not possible to even catch up and now I’m stuck playing another 8 hour session just to hold my place.
This mechanic needs complete rework. for issue 1) there needs to be a cutoff - an indicator the group will not have more people added. I had to keep grinding because it could just randomly add 2 people whenever. 2) seems easy to only match against people under an action threshold.
