Tanks have been missing regenerative steering for 11 years, the Tiger is a tank that should have had this feature ever since the ground forces beta came out. Most tanks since the cold war have this feature, it would be a massive fix to the mobility of most cold war and modern tanks, but I guess the economy should take priority over fixes likes this, which can surely gaijin can work on both at the same time but gaijin hasn’t fixed the economy, so I guess we’re also not getting regenerative steering.

If they could make others Big changes AT the same time as this they wouldnt have launched a poll to see if ppl are interested by this mechanic
Once again by voting no i dont mean i dont Care of this rework i mean i prefer others rework. For example i prefer 10 000 Times an option where i Can choose the range of br over and under my lineup (within limits of course) instead of gambling and without knowing if i’d have to +4000br tanks
And after 8 years of being aware of the discrepancy between APHE and AP they have seemed to tackle the challange of reworking APHE with input from the community.
People will have their own personal perception of what should be top priority, but it isn’t mutually exclusive and this has been a thing asked for in some way for over 8 years.
So seems pretty reasonable to go ahead with work on something that has been wanted for so long.

Sure but if ppl mostly Say no why understanding yes ? I have no problem about the fact that some guys want this rework, but if they arent the majority well then it’s another thing
This is never going to happen, if you’re voting against the test because you want them to spend time and resource on this then you’ll be disappointed…
It would be nice to know exactly what might be delayed by putting time into developing the test, I’ll give you that, but networking/server issues will have a separate team to whoever is working on the test
The br range aint a problem with the hamster, same for wanted modes like sub, but yes you hit a good point, i think that if they said what they delayed for this patch and did a new poll, i Guess results will be differents

Then this change wont go through to testing.
That is the point of getting input from the community. They take the proposal and revise it untill it is what the community wants.
Some change has been asked for over 8 years consistently, and if this doesn’t seem to be the answer, another solution will likely be worked on.

I mean the fact that for minor tree, you are forced to developp all lign and since now even more gap with the second vehicle in same case needing 1/2 rp. There is also the fact that in these tree most of planes are pure garbage

In what way is this a “rework” And not one of the things that happen continuously with every aircraft for every nation where their flightmodel gets revised according to new information?
We are also getting improvements to the grind in general.
So again. Both of these together with APHE rework arent mutually exclusive per the history of Warthunder patches.
Per poll and this thread Gaijin has an overview of the interest and there is notable interest in a change as per current results. A 40/60 poll would also point to the fact they should continue working on some solution.
It seems a lot of people are voting no out of spite because they want something else changed instead. So selfish. Then again, I don’t know why I expected anything less from this community. -_-
