Just finished spading the new plane in 3 battles. It’s a really fun aircraft with great guns and a lot better maneuverability than the stat card shows. This thing will flip on a dime if flown right.
It’s plenty fast for the BR as well. The only weird thing I’m experiencing is the spawn. Does anyone know if this is a bug. I seem to spawn pretty far ahead of the other fighters (even though it’s not an interceptor) and about 420MPH which is way higher than its rated speed. I then slow down quite quickly. Also, sometimes I spawn in at 80% throttle.
Overall, very nice to see some “weird” planes at lower level. It’s one I will play for a while.
The Akan was just a licensed copy of the FN. Not sure why they use the Swedish designation though. It might be because the single prototype never actually had the heavy machine guns mounted, but it is odd.
