The 11.3 and 11.7 lines are kind of a mess for USSR. Here is my fix for it.
For the 11.3 line up put the T-80U, T-80UK and T-72B3 down to 11.3. with the T-80UM2, Su-24 and Ka-50.
For the 11.7 line up put the T-72B3A down at 11.7 and add the thermal sights to the Su-39 and Su-25T sending them to 11.7, maybe put the Pantsir down as well. because its worse than the Buk-3M This will work well with the new Mi-35P. and the T-80U-E1s. Also the T-80U-E1s could now get the 3BM60 shell.
No as the vehicles at 11.3 currently have quite a number of worse qualities at that BR such as the T-80 U (sweden) with only 3BM42 and a number of others with worse qualities. The T-80UM2 sacrifices thermals to be 11.3

No the pantsir used to be the best SPAA in the game and in this case a general decompression of ground would be better as most of the new SPAA can move up also worse SPAA is also at 12.0
Eh debatable but could happen seeing the M1A1HCs and M1A2 at 11.7 with M829A2 but likely not going to happen as it would just be a sidegrade to the T-80BVM

Don’t know about that, but lacking Relikt front and side armor is a big downside. It also has worse vertical targeting speed.
oh i didnt know it still had the bad vertical targeting speed but yeah the lack of relikt does make it a bit worse
Yeah but all in all I don’t like OP’s idea as it just adds more compression for no reason. B3A might move down but Gaijin really likes to give too much of a credit to APS systems that can’t intercept darts.
