In that situation, there were no tricks with a smokestack, yet the missile still hit.
But I’m talking about another episode — the one where a group of Abrams tanks was flanked by T-62s, and they started frantically calling for air support. As far as I know, nothing like that happened in reality. Iraqi tanks and armored vehicles were destroyed by the hundreds, with the only loss being a Bradley (which didn’t burn like a T-72 when hit).
By the way, there was an episode when a pair of reconnaissance Bradleys ran into 13 defending T-72s and managed to destroy 5 of them before reinforcements arrived.
I know a little bit about service history of Bradleys and Abrams, so yeah, it confused me too. That scene could be made differently and much more accurate

It wasn’t meant to be accurate, yes it is clearly a reference but Gaijin is still trying to keep themselves semi-distant from IRL conflicts, even if they’re more open to it now.
They could’ve just flat out used the real audio for the Su-34 part, but they didn’t.
With the first major variant being the Hawk 2A.
Idk about the RWR thing. Fighterbomber did a breakdown, and apparently there’s tactical aviation controllers all over the front, and behind it. They were talking to the Su-34 apparently at some point noticing the launch etc. etc. It’s standard to have air controllers in the Russian Air Force who help vector planes onto targets, and also help with battlefield management. Nowhere did I hear they didn’t have RWR, although I can’t say your wrong either.
That wasn’t just a reference; it was a direct quote from an incident that happened in the current conflict. Given the recent scandal with their community manager, there’s only one conclusion to be drawn (I won’t get banned for this, right?).

Lmao, it’s literally the most useless jet added in last years. No guns, no missiles, no flares, no RWR, no Radar, and is a subsonic boat, all it has is 2 GBU’s.
8.7 air and i think 10.0 ground from what i remember from the stream
Why are there no Swedish vehicles this update? There weren’t any tech tree vehicles last update either.
