Would you like to see the 35S (DKS) added to the Finnish tech tree?
35S (DKS)
Saab named the exported Finnish Draken kits J35XS but the Finish FiAF gave it the name 35S, sometimes called the DKS. They renamed all purchased Drakens.

I would love to see the Finnish named J35XS added to the regular tech tree. With the J35D being at 10.3 and no flares, their is no non premium Draken in the tech tree that is enjoyable. Was thinking about making a suggestion about added the Finnish 35S (DKS) but figured I would see what people on the forums think. I am also new here so this is my first post.
With having a tech tree version of of the J35XS, the 35S (DKS), this would allow the idea of retiring the J35XS from the store. Only having it come back for rare occasions and allowing the possible addition of the Austrian J35OE MK.II (J35Ö MK2) as a premium.
The tech tree version 35S (DKS) could have its R-13M’s added and that is one way they can be slightly different.
What name do you prefer, 35S or DKS?

They should add the F 35 to the TT imo over another Finnish Draken. Having a CAS draken with countermeasures and missiles wouod be huge especially at 9.7

Oh i also have the Danish F-35 WDNS (J35XD WDNS) in mind. would love to see the Danish added. would be a great cas plane and has more flares then the Finnish Draken. Also the work they would have to do to create the J35OE would also be used for the F-35 WDNS because they have the same countermeasures and RWR upgrades. their is really only 3 usable Drakens, The J35XS (35S), J35OE MK.II, J35XD WDNS (F-35 WDNS). all the Sweden ones have no countermeasures although the J35E could take a countermeasures pod. in total we would only have 3 possible in game and J35OE makes more sense as a premium. that leaves us with only 2 usable Drakens in game and one is already is a premium.
another interesting Draken would be the J35OE MKI. this had could be a squadron vehicle or event vehicle at 9.3-9.7 BR with no missiles and just cannons since the Austrians couldn’t use Missiles after WW2.

The only thing woth the J35ÖE is whether gaijin will eventually add Austria to germany and thus lose any chance of sweden getting a decent Draken or wether gaijin would add it. Again considering they thought the XS was 11.3 worthy the ÖE would be 14.0
The Austrians where already added to Sweden with the SAAB-105OE. It wont be added to Germany, if Germany gets a Sub tree it will be the Swiss. J35OE MK.II would be at a higher BR if it was allowed its aim-9p5 with IRCCM but not 14.0. they have no Fox 3 Missiles. most likely it would be added with only its aim-9p3’s at 11.0 BR
Also keep in mind, the Danish F-35 WDNS would be heavier and could only take 2 AAM’s. it would be good multirole Draken but not the best of a fighter. For that i would like to see both J35OE MK.II added and a non Premium J35XS added. the Finnish tech tree is already so stripped down for the sake of adding premiums.

I dont want another fighter draken lol, i want multirole since the AJ37 and AJS are mid.
but right now you don’t have a usable Fighter Draken in the tech tree. you only have it as a premium. there is no reason why you cant have both.
I use the 35D, its not good, it should be 10.0 but id rather have a more unique Draken than one that is going to be Over BRed like the ÖE
but it at 10.0 is too op for the other aircraft under it. even the F1 is OP at 10.0. Sadly the J35D is unusable without Flares. i would like to see the flare pod added for that but that’s also a stretch for the devs. I dont see why the Danish F-35 should only be added and how the J34OE would be OP. if its not given its IRCCM then it wont be over BRed. it did have Aim-9p3 and with more counter messures and a RWR. 11.0 would be a good BR for it. it would also only carry 4 AAM instead of 6 on the J35XS. I think your too focused on the Danish F-35 when this post is about the Finnish 35S. no reason why both cant be added. there is lots of room in the Swedish tech tree.
I think my only big problem is i domt see gaijin adding a version of the Finnish J35 as that wpuld simply hurt sales if they are almost the same. Now had the TT been added before a premium version i could see it. Sadly i just really don’t see them adding essentially the same vehicle. Especially when the XS could use R13M1
if they did it for the JA37DI and the JA37DI F21 then they can do it for the 35S and the J35XS. They also wont lose money if the retire the J35XS and add the J35OE MK.II. I am sorry man i don’t see any of your points being valid. yeah they will most likely never add the Finnish named 35S to the tech tree but you wont get it if you don’t ask.
Old forum and yes i have asked lmao, a lots regardless i think there are way less Draken enjoyers than grippen or viggen fans. At least thats why i feel we haven’t seen any new drakens. Id be fine if they didn’t add the new viggens and instead we got drakens, that id be 100% fine with. Unfortunately i think its more so that gaijin thinks drakens are hard to balance their missiles with flight performance.
