
Following the visual improvements to the classic summer version of the beloved Poland ground battles map, it’s time to refresh the winter one. Welcome to the new winter Poland! Our artists did a great job to visually transform the location, all buildings, structures, environmental elements, and vegetation have been improved. Everything on this map is now more detailed and vibrant, with countless small details added. Like always with these map updates, the original layout and navigation of the map has stayed near enough the same, meaning you won’t have any surprises when driving around.


In addition to the central urban section of the map, the natural environment surrounding it has been updated too. All of the wintry vegetation and snowdrifts have been entirely redesigned, and the dirt roads have been improved too. The ice lake looks much more realistic now too, with snowdrifts, deep cracks and air pockets under the surface.

It’s one of the better maps in the game. Though I’m talking about the large version. The small version should be thrown out the window or only left for GAB

The lack of terrain features that provide cover makes this update really quite unpleasant to play, from both sides the map. It also has become very cluttered from the side with the castle island in a way that limits ability to engage with the other side, with the clutter not really presenting a problem from the other side.
In conquest 3 the western team still lacks any solid cover for the spawn. On its own, this wouldn’t be too bad, however, the large amounts of foliage and depressions in the middle of the map makes it quite difficult to spot the enemy before they spot you. Furthermore, the depressions in the middle of the map that (in my opinion) make for interesting midfights also serve as hard cover for any to be spawncampers. In contrast, the eastern spawn provides plenty of cover against spawncamping due to the number of buildings between the eastern spawn and the middle point.
The only hope I have found to deal with this is to simply not die, which is easier said than done.

Can second this, was noticing this a lot this morning. It’s pretty abysmal and one sided.
Spawn camp from hills still exists.
Map itself looks good, but still unplayable especially small version
