Why does the PL-12 wobble so much in the first ~10 sec of launch?
Same thing happens on the python 5 but even worse
Why tho? I tried it with the aim-120D, and it doesn’t wiggle at all.
I would wager its a matter of wonky code
you really tried ngl.
that convo is so funny ngl, reading comprehension has truly really left this community
when launched from very high speeds like in your video, most missiles in game will behave similarly
I dont have any experience firing top tier fox 3s at mach 2 but r40s dont do this
where is the original changelog for this change?
Shot dead almost 3 months ago
Thank you
Played 2 games in nerfed j10. 2nd game had PL12 missile rolled from 5 km head on.
What a clown show
Pl12
Pl12g overload
Pl1.2g overload (you are here)
Pl0.12g overload
Gaijin just make datalink more efficient and missle will not turnon their radar if there is stable datalink connection.
it does have a lower seeker activation distance 16km vs the normal 20km but ngl i dont think it makes a whole lot of a difference specially for longer-range shots
They could have buff a little bit of J10 Structural strength so that overG will not split J10, but they didn’t
normal distance is 16 for all the missle I guess, just the matter of datalink. When you shoot other missle it will not lock in the really short range if datalink keeps in track, that is why on the radar you still see the hollow circle at the target even the missle is close enough when TWS keeps stable scaning.
