it cant even reach 38G under ideal conditions (as you should know if you know why everybody who uses the PL-12 is complaining) and some other things.
id say everybody should watch atleast General Lee´s video on it before commenting
The problem with players is that they want everything and nothing at the same time. What PL-12 has become is something NATO nations are already dealing with. Change your playstyle, because Gaijin isn’t going to reverse this massive change.
I have the missile, I’ve seen the video, and I agree with the main point, but the thing is, if your missile doesn’t already make crazy turns, don’t try to make crazy turns
But other missiles like r-77-1 or aam4 already do everything well anyways.
In fact pl-12 imo used to be the missile that did everything at least decent. Good hobs with decent range.
Now it has good range but abysmal hobs like aim-120.
good range is quite a statement tbh as there was no improvement par the 12A
Change our playstyle? No, we can’t always be led by the nose by Gaijin.
Oh yeah that’s fair.
So for pl-12 it’s a straight up big nerf while for pl-12a it’s a slight buff
very slight buff that is not worth the hobs trade imo
I get it the AIM-120s could be better, and so could the PL-12, but this is a game, and as General Lee says at the end of his video, the change won’t directly impact any game
That’s fair, like it only impacts shots below 7km. Above that range is where most of your shots will be taken anyways
And even at less than 7 km , depending on the angles , it shouldn’t make a difference. The only thing I think is stupid is dodging the missile as if it were an AIM-7.
Leave a bad review if u think what gaijin is doing is wrong
The problem is that the new, nerfed PL-12s can’t exceed ~24-25G even under the most favorable conditions; they went too far with this stealth nerf, and ended up with the PL-12 Sparrow Gaijined edition.
Yes, and even if that were true ,which it isn’t, 25 G’s isn’t exactly an insignificant amount. I’ll say it again: the missile has changed. Whether it’s real or not doesn’t matter , this is a game. The important thing is that there’s no such thing as a “do-it-all” missile, and the missile is still very good. Complaining about the state of this weapon (Fox3) just goes to show how limited and inflexible some players are, depending entirely on the weapon to play the game
look at these two videos:
No, it’s not very good anymore, it’s a slap in the face of players playing as the Chinese nation right now (if it was intentional).
I also recommend it:
Yeah, it would be great if the missile could reach 500 km, 100 g’s, and a 360° angle of attack, right? Stop talking as if the missile would stop working when it was the AIM-120s, Derbys, or R-Dartars, nobody was worried.
I’ve seen it; I have internet access, just like everyone else on the planet, and he’s right. In the end, he says the change won’t change anything in the game it just means certain types of kills aren’t possible anymore.
I’m not alone—there are actually a lot of people saying this. You’re the only one on the forum claiming it’s not a problem…
Yes, it’s normal that even a MiG-17 can avoid a head-on collision with a modern ARH just by performing a simple maneuver…
For you guys, everything is a problem, the number of countermeasures, radars, missiles, the number of missiles. You don’t want to learn how to play ,you just want to charge ahead and kill. I’ll say it again , your argument is based on a video that proves my point that in most cases the missile will hit, and almost no player has the skills to roll and dodge it, so 5:25, listen carefully to what he says; it’s not me speaking, but your god, on whom you base your opinion
