The game fails to start-up after reaching the splash screen with the error message reading “Fatal Error: Exception”, image obviously related. Game worked fine prior to 05/10/23
Have attempted standard troubleshooting, verified integrity, restarted the computer, updated graphics drivers, even followed solutions outlined here. All to no change. Help would be appreciated.

same issue this evening,crashed 3 times after log in ,then several times after the battle beggins
I have the same issue and no idea how to fix it, i even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, all to no avail

good afternoon, I managed to fix the error (I don’t know how long it will last, but still) right-click to go to the root folder of the game, right-click on the launcher icon, and select fix compatibility problems, select diagnostics, I don’t see the problem from the list, next button, I do not know the next button, select to check, will take out the permission from the administrator, thereby selling yes, to fix compatibility problems, click next. It seems like I have problems with the game crashing stopped. also, find the gjagent program in the root folder and do the same.
