Gaijin, I get that Rafale’s radar bug report forced you to make AESA available in December on an aircraft.

However, fast-track F-2A development for War Thunder, it’s time to prep Japan’s iconic jet capable of bringing 4x IR missiles and 4x ARH missiles.

I understand this isn’t coming this update, out of everyone’s control; just prioritize development please.

I hope for all japanese air players that it is ready for next patch, delaying the first 4.5 gen until after they have added some of the best 4.5 gens in the class seems ridiculous

I dont understand why they are holding the F-2 for LAST when we could of had early versions only capable of using 9Ls and sparrows all the way back since the F-16AJ days or F-16C days…now they have messed up what could of been a nice progression for the F-2 line.

Now not only has its spot light for first aesa fighter been taken away but now id say only the late variants will only be viable.

Well there would be no tech tree AESA fighters without the Rafale bug report.
There have not been intentional AESA fighters outside Kfir added yet.

But yeah, the AAM-3 AAM-4 version is the only one that’ll fill 14.0.

Because Developers forgot about Japan and think that it is normal
Especially the crying of soviet and german main about “totally biased Japan” let them think that Japan don’t need anything and even more needed to be nerfed

Make the model of F-2 - no.
Make the model of soviet carrier for just a one plane - yeees

This is unfair to my post.
Muddying my post with inaccuracy.

Every tail hook aircraft can land on the Soviet carrier, not just one.
Japan is given attention, an objective fact irrelevant of any upset we are about F-2. Denying that fact can only make us look dishonest.

Honesty is required for both good criticism and our own critical thinking ability.

I get your intent isn’t what your post depicts you as, cause I spoke with you prior.

Rafale was always intended to be AESA, they changed the name of the plane and the radar to make it the AESA version
