Fake "BAD NETWORK CONNECTION" warning

I’m new to this forum stuff so excuse me if any mistakes were made.
I join the game, spawn in GRB, my ping is like 100 which is fine, my packet loss is 20-30 at the beginning, and rises up to 50 few seconds into the game. Then my ping rises as well to 200-400 average.
The issue is not that my internet is trash, but it’s that these stats are fake, the game performs normal, other players movements are smooth and uninterrupted, though sometimes (but not often) I get a “connection to server lost” warning, which is sometimes misleading, or true.

All these issues disappear as soon as I turn on Cloudflare WARP, traffic / dns (udp). So my internet is fine apparently. I contacted my ISP several times and have reached no solution, they have changed something because the game was not always like this, but I’m unable to figure it out.
When I contacted War Thunder support they gave me a long unhelpful list of generic troubleshooting steps, while the other half was too technical for my understanding and required tools and network knowledge that I don’t have.
Is anyone here familiar with this issue or has any ideas?

itll just be a routing issue, nothing gaijin can do hence their support being unhelpful, technically the ISP can do stuff but in my experience they are unwilling to, should fix itself soon or eventually though

it has been like this for months now and neither will help me, connecting through cloudflare just adds latency and makes the lag spikes even worse for me
