there’s also a couple of usernames that say that their using exploits as well - can’t gaijin take court action against these ‘companies’ that are developing exploits and cheats??
not mentioning any of the offending usernames as a precaution against getting banned lol

GM is a generic term. Not typically used for chat janitors.
Pretty ironic to use a hack like soft pirate to defend inaction against hackers.
It’s also irrelevant anyway, because WT doesn’t delay bans as a genuine anti-cheat strategy. If it did, cheaters would not be as successful as they are.

It’s best if it takes awhile - if you ban them instantly, it allows developers of cheat software to figure out how and why their users are being banned. If you wait awhile, then it nullifies this, making it harder for cheat developers to figure out vulnerabilities in their code

What exactly is the explanation for waiting months or years to do something about account that keeps breaking rules in TENS OF THOUSANDS OF CASES?
And you can’t even use the usual “oh we have to wait and watch what they are doing to analyze the exploit” … what, you have entire dev team pooling their brainpower to figure our how exit battle button works and they need several years to figure out this mystery?
The issue you have described above (i assume that is what you are referring to) is not an issue i’ve seen before nor heard of, would you care to explain it in more detail in a private message?
I want to preface that i do not deal with development nor do i have any way to contact the developers, nor do i deal with cheating and have no way of contacting the team that does. I’m just curious about what you are describing.

Ion is correct, they are different people. I checked their player ID’s, and they are totally different players. I am not going to post links or their ID’s here, but just wanted to let you guys know that the person who has been posting on the forums is not the person who was listed on the new ban list.
I am all for cheaters being banned, but we should be very careful about inadvertently defaming other players. Their names are very similar, but the ID’s prove they are different.
EDIT: There are multiple reasons why “LadiesMan217” is used so often, and even why “217” is used (aside from being use with “LadiesMan”):
