Your system is sadly not working, at least whenever I report someone.
I reported the same guy about 10 times in a row. Yesterday he sent me a message to brag that he wasn’t banned in the February list (and to call me stupid), although I did get him to stop playing for a while it seems since he wasn’t going to waste time on an account that he would lose.
Anyone who gets 13 kills in ground sim is either very good + lucky OR a cheater…
Who brags about not getting banned a DAY BEFORE you publish your list?
How much more proof do you need?
Shooting through smoke, tracking player behind buildings, shooting down helicopters 3km with an MBT, chasing the last player across the map when he’s never come close to the cheater, the list goes on.
Reporting doesn’t work… making videos doesn’t work…
Would be interesting to see when account was created. The first couple of players have a rather low ID, which means they were a long time player maybe ? And decided to cheat ? God damn.

To make this clear: I would be happy if we would have any indicators that team killing would lead to temp or perma bans - but except for a few days after the massive temp ban wave last year i do not see less team kills than before.
This is a list of accounts that have been permanently banned.
To get a permanent ban for TK, you must really deserve it.
Regular TKs (however that sounds) will be kicked from battle or get temporary ban.
Oh dear, I hope so. The first thing I do before joining a match is checking if USA is in the enemy team, which is a good thing, since most suicide bombing players uses the F-111A and its variations to do so.
