Failed to load player profile

I got Connection error: 81110013 Failed to load player profile.

I just finished a match, it said the suspension I was researching was done, but the butten said “To Battle” instead of “OK”, which would show everytime I got vehicle or module research done. So I figured I would just go to the hangar, open up modification, but lo and behold, the suspension isn’t unlocked.

Then I decided OK, fine, one more battle. And I wanted to change daily mission but it said “Internal service error”.

I thought it was a connection issue, so I closed the game, opened it, but I got this error.

I have no Kaspersky installed.

Same error, left a game. Went to change my daily task, got “Internal error”
Reset the game, now I have this issue.

Same here on both accounts

Same problem but I went to the game launcher settings and done a verification of the files . After that I was able to play again.
