Are there any server issues at the moment, last night I was playing just fine, and now I cannot even log in - keep getting Failed to load player profile: Error 811110013.
Odd part is that none of my friends / squadron mates have this problem, and when they try to check my profile, they see the name, but when they try to check stats all they see is Internal Character Server Error - Error 268435456.
Been playing the game for 13 years, never had this problem before. Tech page says something about Kaspersky antivirus, but I am not using it, and that is all info that is available. I raised a ticket, but responses are notoriously slow and due to that, I am missing out on playing the event :/
Am I being shadow banned for some reason? Usually if you get banned, you get some form of notification, but I got nothing but this…? Also, I was able to get on guest account, so clearly issue is not with my hardware, installation of the game (verified files) but only with this profile.
Edit: Now I have access, like nothing happened - but I lost over 12 hrs for nothing, without any explanation.
Edit2: I got in, played 3 matches, then game started not loading me into the match, like when you do when you have high PL loss (PL loss was 0%). I restarted the game, there was a micro patch and now we are back at square one - unable to load player profile. What on Earth is happening???
Edit3: now it works again, and God only knows until when. This is really messing up my event grind.
Also, when this happened - I could not even write on the forum, because it keeps telling me that I need to play few matches in order to post??? That is why I am writing now, because it is just a question of time when I will not be able to.
